How to Install Your JetSetESIM

For iPhone

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Purchase Your eSIM

  • Browse through our plans and select the one that suits your travel needs. Complete the purchase, and you'll promptly receive an email with your unique eSIM QR code.

Step 2: Install Your eSIM

  • Navigate to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan on your iPhone.
  • Scan the QR code enclosed in the email.
  • Label your eSIM plan as “JetSetESIM” to easily differentiate it from other cellular plans.

Step 3: Setting as Primary or Secondary Plan

  • Under Settings > Cellular, choose the JetSetESIM plan. Select which line you want to use for data, voice, and text.

Step 4: Data Roaming

  • Enable data roaming to enjoy uninterrupted connectivity by going to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming.
**iOS 17 Updates**

iOS 17 simplifies the eSIM installation process. You can now add an eSIM to your iPhone directly by following these steps:

  • Navigate to Settings on your iPhone.
  • Scroll down and select "Cellular" or "Mobile Data," depending on your region.
  • Within Cellular settings, find and tap on the option to "Add Cellular Plan" or "Add eSIM."
  • When prompted, choose the option to use a QR code.
    Instead of relying on an external source like a PC, iOS 17 allows you to access your iPhone's local photo album.
  • Browse through your phone's gallery to find the eSIM QR code you wish to use, select it.
    The device will automatically recognize and extract the eSIM information from the selected QR code, guiding you through the activation process​.

For Android

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Purchase Your eSIM

  • Explore our diverse plans and pick your preferred one.
  • Upon purchase completion, an email containing your eSIM QR code.

Step 2: Install Your eSIM

  • On your Android device, tap on Settings.
  • Navigate to Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Advanced > Carrier > Add Carrier.
  • Scan the QR code you received in your email or enter the activation code manually if prompted.

Step 3: Setting as Primary or Secondary Plan

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet to manage or choose the JetSetESIM as your primary or secondary plan.

Step 4: Data Roaming

  • Ensure data roaming is turned on by heading to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Data Roaming.
