  • The product is unused and the QR code has not been scanned.
  • The product was not part of a non-returnable or final sale category (e.g., customized plans, special offer which was discounted).

  • Standard Return:
    • If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1, you can request a return by submitting an online form within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
    • A processing fee of 15% of the product's purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. This will cover all costs associated with the return.
  • Return made within 24 hours:
    • If you decide to return the product within 24 hours of your order, you are eligible for a full refund without any processing fee.

 

  1. Return Authorization

Upon receiving your return request, our customer service team will review it and determine whether it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. You will be notified of the approval or denial of your return request.

 

  1. Returning the Product

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on next steps. In most cases a physical return is not required. We ask that the QR code be destroyed instead. In the event a physical return is required, please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Standard Return: Refunds for standard returns, after the 15% processing fee deduction, will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5 business days.
  • Expedited Return: Refunds for expedited returns will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days.
